Remembrance is a yoga nidra series holding space for effortless realization. Yoga nidra (transl. yogic sleep) is a practice of conscious non-doing that reminds us of who/what we truly are. It is a technique of guided sensory withdrawal that brings us to a state between waking and sleeping. This liminal state amplifies the benefits of sleep with the power of our conscious awareness.
